They have been tested to benchmark specifications identified by Schwab and now carry Intertek's ETL verified mark for water resistance, which is a breakthrough in the industry. Intertek is considered to be a global leader that specializes in electrical product safety testing, EMC testing and benchmark performance testing.
Schwab is committed to using quality materials such as Insulite™, which is the most efficient insulation in the industry. Insulite is cleaner and lighter weight than competing insulation used by competitors, and it does not absorb water.
Schwab's contemporary design safeguard’s against water damage. The seamless construction, coupled with an inner steel vault, is the only design that makes forced entry impossible to conceal. The Trident 5000 4-Drawer Letter file features 31” deep vertical files that allow for maximum filing capacity for all of your valuable data. The file is equipped with a plunger lock to ensure maximum protection for your personal information.
Hanger bars are a standard feature to accommodate hanging file folders. Even better, the Schwab design makes these hanger bars adjustable in the legal size model to allow for filing of legal, A-4, folio or letter size files in the same cabinet.

This item ships on a freight box-truck or semi-truck (LTL). For everything to go smoothly, be sure to specify if the delivery location is Residential or Commercial during checkout.
For Business/Commercial Delivery:
You will be responsible for removing your items from the truck. If you need items brought into your office, carried up stairs, or assembled, you will want to select one of our "White Glove Service" packages during checkout. Please note that the White Glove Service will result in additional charges. Commercial deliveries are done during local business hours of 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
For Home/Residential Delivery:
It will be your responsibility to remove items from truck. For larger items, make sure you have someone to assist you. For a small fee we can send out a truck with a lift-gate to aid in the
unloading process. You will have this option during checkout. If you need items brought into your home, carried up stairs, or assembled, you may select one of our "White Glove Service" packages during checkout for an additional charge. Residential deliveries can sometimes be delivered as late as 7 p.m. Monday - Friday local time. Please note that residential delivery can add up to 5 days to delivery time.
Free shipping only applies to lower 48 states. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, U.S. Islands, and Canada will incur delivery changes. When ordering multiple items be aware they may be delivered in separate cartons at different times. We try to limit this when possible.
If a tracking number is available it will be provided and can be accessed through "My Account" once your order has shipped. With large orders you may receive multiple tracking numbers.
