About the Congress Reception L-Shape Desk:

This desk is one of traditional style with the combination of molding, border and drawer handles. There are also grommets on several places of the desk top for wire management as well as to discreetly hide cables. The CPU shelf under the desk will allow you to set a monitor on it. Also the desk is equipped with two pedestals for a total of 6 drawers including two file drawers.

This item ships on a UPS Freight box-truck (LTL). For everything to go smoothly, be sure to specify if the delivery location is Residential or Commercial during the checkout process.

For Business/Commercial Delivery:

You will be responsible for removing your items from the truck. If you would like to utilize our "White Glove Service", please call us at (888) 123.4567 and be sure to mention it in the comment area of the Address portion during checkout. Please note that the White Glove Service will result in additional charges. For more information this go here.

For Home/Residential Delivery:

It will be your responsibility to remove items from truck. For larger items, make sure you have someone to assist you. For a small fee we can send out a truck with a lift-gate to aid in the unloading process. You will have this option during checkout. Please note that a residential delivery can add up to 5 days to the delivery time. If you need items brought into your home, carried up stairs, or assembled for an extra charge you can use our White Glove Service.

Free shipping only applies to lower 48 states. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, U.S. Islands, and Canada will incur delivery changes. When ordering multiple items be aware they may be delivered in separate cartons at different times. We try to limit this when possible.

A UPS tracking number is provided and can be accessed through "My Account" once your order has shipped. With large orders you may receive multiple tracking numbers.
