Monitor Arms & Accessories — Expert Answer
What is VESA compatibility and how do I know if my monitor has it?
VESA is the industry standard for monitor mounting — it defines the square hole pattern on the back of displays that arms and mounts attach to. The two most common patterns are 75x75mm (monitors 19–22 inches) and 100x100mm (most 24–32 inch screens). Larger displays sometimes use 200x100 or 200x200mm. To check: look at the back of your monitor for four holes in a square arrangement and measure center-to-center in millimeters. Most monitors made after 2010 are VESA compatible, but always confirm before ordering an arm. FindOfficeFurniture.com lists compatible VESA patterns on every arm — call 888-719-4960.
