Estimated Delivery Dates

If ordered today, we estimate this item will arrive between 10/17/2026 and 10/24/2026.

Delivery Method: Truck

Items that are too large or heavy for the small package carriers may be delivered by a carrier equipped to handle larger packages such as ABF, YRC, XPO, etc. Drivers are not required to remove the product from the truck and may need assistance to complete the delivery. This method of shipment is utilized only for bulky items or commercial customers with a loading dock. If you check-out indicating no dock/forklift, or you are a residential customer, we will contact you to confirm this method is acceptable. If not, we will arrange for ground delivery or inside delivery which may require additional charges. The date range indicated on your order confirmation will allow up to 1 week for transit time from date of shipment.

Does my furniture arrive built, or do I need to assemble it?

Most pieces ship ready-to-assemble to keep your price down — select items come fully built. Skip the toolbox entirely: add assembly or full White Glove placement right at checkout. Call 1.888.719.4960 to lock in the specifics — options vary by vendor and item. Some items ship ready-to-assemble; others arrive fully assembled. You can also add assembly or full White Glove delivery. Give us a call to go over the options, as they vary by vendor and item.

What's assembly going to cost me?

It comes down to how many pieces, how far we're shipping, and what it takes to get inside your building. Call 1.888.719.4960 before you order — get a real number, not a guess.

I need to buy tax-exempt — what do you need from me?

Federal and military buyers: no certificate needed — an email or federal PO gets you through. Schools, state agencies, and nonprofits: get your exemption certificate on file with us first — no certificate, no tax-exempt order. Give us a call and we'll get you qualified quickly.

Can I put this on invoice instead of paying upfront?

Approved business accounts get Net-30 terms. It's a phone-only approval — not an online form. Call 1.888.719.4960 and we'll get your account reviewed.

Can you send a W-9 for our vendor file?

Just ask — we'll email the form straight to you, so procurement has it in hand without a document chase.
